We collect only what we need to run your learning account: your profile details, progress, payments and certificates. We never store card numbers.

Cookies we use

• ELTSESS — keeps you signed in (essential, expires when you close the browser).
• elt_did — a random device identifier so you can review and sign out your browsers (essential, 2 years).
• elt_rm — “remember me”, only if you tick it (30 days).
• elt_build / elt_consent — remember the site version and your cookie choice so old cached data is refreshed automatically.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. YouTube videos load only after you press play, using the privacy-enhanced domain.
